By eliminating the need to dismount your setup in challenging environments, it ensures you never miss a decisive, high-speed moment. When you choose to buy Nikon NIKKOR Z 120-300mm f/2.8 TC VR S - Brand New online Australia from Becextech, you secure an elite optical tool designed to elevate your professional output in all lighting conditions.

Integrated 1.4x Teleconverter for Instant Reach

Seamlessly adapt to dynamic action without taking your eye off the viewfinder. The built-in 1.4x optical teleconverter shifts the focal length from 120–300mm to an expansive 168–420mm at the flick of an ergonomically placed lever. Because the optical group is matched directly to the lens formula, optical performance remains razor-sharp across the entire frame, giving you prime-calibre rendering without introducing external dust or handling pauses during critical moments.

Bright Constant f/2.8 Maximum Aperture

Maintaining a constant f/2.8 maximum aperture throughout the base zoom range gives creators formidable low-light versatility and comprehensive depth-of-field control. Whether freezing high-speed sporting manoeuvres under indoor arena lighting or separating wildlife against complex backgrounds with creamy bokeh, the fast aperture allows you to utilise rapid shutter speeds at lower ISO settings to maximise image fidelity and suppress noise.

Uncompromising S-Line Optical Architecture

Crafted to the stringent optical benchmarks of Nikon's flagship S-Line, the optical assembly employs a sophisticated array of specialised glass, including ED (Extra-low Dispersion), Super ED, SR (Short-wavelength Refractive), fluorite, and aspherical elements. This combination counters chromatic aberration, axial fringing, and colour bleeding, delivering remarkable edge-to-edge contrast, natural skin tones, and lifelike clarity across both the native and teleconverter-engaged ranges.

Meso Amorphous and ARNEO Anti-Reflective Coatings

Shooting towards stadium floodlights or into bright direct sunlight often compromises contrast. The lens combats flare and ghosting using Nikon's cutting-edge Meso Amorphous Coat—which tackles incidental light coming from diverse angles—paired with ARNEO Coat for light striking perpendicularly. The result is pure, high-contrast imagery with deep blacks and rich colour saturation even under the most demanding outdoor conditions.

Silky Swift Voice Coil Motor (VCM) Autofocus

High-stakes action requires split-second tracking. Driven by a Silky Swift VCM autofocus mechanism, the internal focusing system moves heavy glass groups with blistering speed, absolute precision, and near-silent operation. Working hand-in-hand with advanced subject-detection algorithms in modern Nikon Z bodies, this drive effortlessly tracks unpredictable motion, ensuring fast-flying birds, race cars, and athletes remain locked in critical focus.

Up to 6.5-Stop Synchro Vibration Reduction

Keep your shots sharp and your viewfinder rock-steady during handheld operations. Built-in optical Vibration Reduction (VR) teams up with in-body image stabilisation on compatible Nikon Z cameras to deliver up to 6.5 stops of compensation through Synchro VR. The dedicated SPORT mode stabilises high-tempo panning and rapid recomposing, granting sports and wildlife specialists total confidence when working away from a monopod.

Rugged Weather Sealing and Refined Pro Ergonomics

Weighing approximately 2,735 grams, this telephoto lens represents a significant weight reduction over its F-mount predecessor while retaining a balanced, centre-weighted design. Extensive rubber gaskets and weather sealing resist moisture, sand, and dust on demanding assignments, while a protective fluorine front coating repels grime. A customisable Fn ring, assignable control ring, integrated Arca-Swiss compatible tripod foot, and a 46mm drop-in filter slot complete a truly customised professional workflow.
